Please help with entities relationship and layouts

Entity "Cases" related to entity "Account" many-to-one
Entity "Tasks" related to entity "Account" many-to-one
When i'm opening any case detail from Cases, i want to see in bottom panels list of Tasks (top 5 for example) for same account.
And vise versa - i want to see list of top 5 Cases for same account in task details window.
How it can be realised?

If you have Advanced Pack, I believe it's possible to achieve with the Report Panels feature.
