Field mandatory and non-mandatory on layout set

2. If you'd like to specify mandatory settings, it can be done only in entity manager, based on user or user team. For example you can set that if logged user is assigned to team X, field Y will be required.

Not possible with the GUI. either it is mandatory for everyone or no one. I think! Correct if I'm wrong.
