mysql workbench access to espocrm database via ssh/docker container

I believe this is possible - using mysql workbench or another IDE to generate custom reporting, data loads, etc. I've setup a vps using the ssh install script and it's working fine. Now I want to look at the tables and data from my desktop using an IDE. Any suggestions?
