    Release 8.3.5: Need help on the fix/improvement

    The release 8.3.5 is scoped on "Emails: Import permission now is required to be able to archive emails manually". I do no understand:

    (1) Can emails be exported or archived?
    (2) Can these emails be imported into another instance?

    I am excited on this. Please help me to understand the details.

    When an email is created manually using the Archive action from the dropdown menu. Before, anybody with Email create access could create such emails. Now, "Import" permission is required.

        The main problem was that a person from a company had the ability to create fake emails in the system. Those emails are not very easy to spot.

        Now a higher privilege is required to have the ability to create emails manually.

          yuri that is exactly what we need. We had 250k contact details submitted on our website from some brainless idiot in China. Such controls are good. Thank you.
