  • Issue with Sent Emails Appearing in Inbox After Fetching in EspoCRM

    I have an email account with 2,300 emails in the inbox and 2,400 emails in the sent folder. I set up a group email account in EspoCRM and successfully fetched the emails from my email server into EspoCRM without any issues.

    However, I've encountered a problem: when I fetch the sent emails, they appear in the inbox folder within EspoCRM instead of the sent folder. How can I ensure that sent emails are fetched into the sent folder of EspoCRM?

    I have configured both INBOX and INBOX.Sent as monitored folders, it works but puts/stores all emails, whether received OR sent, in the same "folder", the Inbox under emails in espocrm. Is it possible to store the Sent emails only inside the "Sent" folder in espocrm (I am not referring to the IMAP server
