I have only one reminder choice when I schedule a call. The only choice I have is "on time".

Try to change Date Start to a future time. More options should appear. It does not display options that would occur in the past based on the entered Date Start.If you find EspoCRM good, we would greatly appreciate if you could give the project a star on GitHub.
