What is your purpose for using a CRM?

Hello, I'm just curious to know for what purposes you are using a CRM and how it helps your business. I’d like to see if I can apply it to my business as well. I'm pretty new to this, so I really want to use its full potential to help my business.

I use it to send Email, Log Task, Store Contact and Company/Business/Group and Group "Project" using Case.

I create additional type which I call Asset to store other information such as Login details, physical asset such as cars, keys, virtual asset such as License, Education/Certificate,, Accounting to store money transaction, etc.

There more but general, it just store information, then I build entity around it to cover what we do. EspoCRM haven't catch up to the AI game yet so it still very data entry heavy.
