    I already have espoCRM installed and we are using it. I was thinking of buying and installing the Advanced Pack if it could help me with case management.

    What I am trying to do is prevent a situation where we miss our deadline for preliminary notices. So what I want is the system to monitor a mailbox or email address and when emails are sent to this particular address witih some keywords it creates a case with the email as a reference. Then the case would get sent to 3 users and then when someone completes the action then they can complete the case. If the case remains open then it will alert management that someting was not done and they could ask questions. Is this something that can be done with the software?
