Dear community,

we recently started using espo crm again and I am an absolute newbie with no programming skills whatsoever.

The Task:
For our contacts I need to make custom fields, which do not all exist in the layout yet, e.g. "company role" I know that there are options to add fields, that are currently not enabled.

But what If I want to add a field which is completely customized to our company and not listed as an option to choose from? Does this require programming skills?

I am sure someone on here will have helpful tips for a beginner like me.
