set another default filter in relationship modal

Hi,

A selectHandler can define filters which will be applied when selecting records for a specific relationship. It works for any types relationships.

Hi,
in the relationship modal of an one-to-one relationship, I may choose the linked record. In this case, there is a pre-defined filter from the system, which has as default "is empty". How can I change the default value?
