User / Team Rules at Stream

Hello Everyone,

I'm currently using Stream in my CRM to report all activities and contacts with clients. We have many employees, and this tool helps a lot in tracking all information about the most recent contacts. However, some employees sometimes manipulate data to their convenience after some time has passed since the event occurred.

Is there any way to allow only the creation of streams without allowing editing or deleting? I tried to find this option in the user/team settings, but I couldn't find anything.
