No access to attachment [ Email Signature containing an image ]

An email signature containing <img> has been configured for a user. When another user, from the same team, receives an email, the image from the signature appears broken, because the user has no access to the attachment.
Log shows:

WARNING: (403) No access to attachment. :: GET / :: /var/www/html/espocrm/application/ESPO/EntryPoints/Attachment.php(70)

The image is embedded in an email signature and appears as an attachment on the system like this

<img src="?entryPoint=attachment&amp;id=669faeb85be9541fe" style="width: 400px;">

Is there a way to configure access to the attachment so all users can access it?

Currently, it's not possible to have inline images in an email signature.
