Duplicate Table on Account Entity

Hello, so I am using the duplicate check on Creating new Account Entity, however, when it says "The record you are creating might already exist" it just shows only 1 record (I can't seem to even find the logic of the selected record). So, my question is: Can it show full table of all the records which have same name and last name, for example, when trying to add a new record in the Account table? Is it only achievable by writing code and if 'yes', can someone give me some hints (I have a little knowledge of php language)
