Lock and Unlock quote permissions

Hi,

Is there a way to restrict the permission to block a budget to certain roles? I have searched for the role configuration options but this option does not exist and therefore any user can lock and unlock a record.

Currently, the is no way to restrict locking other than to restrict edit access on record level.

I think it could be a good idea to adjust this restriction in the role configuration in the same way as export option.
