New entity, Tasks and Portal customer role

I created a new entity, named project.

Now i was able to add this to the portal but the rights / roles won't work out for this one and for tasks.

When i select OWN as a right for read, portal will show ALL entries in project entity, not only the one(s) assigned to a specific company (Which in case of my test user should be just zero projects). Same for Tasks, if i select "own" as reading right, i will see every task.

Any idea, what did i wrong or is there anywhere an checkbox to set?

Also, a Task only can be assigned to one person. While that one is ok, there are tasks, which have to be done from two of us and one on client side. How would i set it up for that?

i am walking through different busniess cases but sometimes am a bit lost with the logic of the system...
