i just want to know what will be the best practice in espocrm to send email campaigns to our potential customers/prospects emails without getting my email blacklisted.

To be honest, I think this question is not entirely related to EspoCRM but concerns the organization of your email campaigns. The frequency of emails sent, their number, and their content affect the likelihood of an email address being blacklisted.
