Not searching until fill word matches | 8.3.0

Hey guys!

After the update, noticed that the search works different (search of a related record).

Previously it was doing very good, input any symbol, after 1 or 2 it was starting to populate results

Now, it expects for a full word, very difficult, please help

We have a parameter now: Administration > Settings > Misc > Search > Append wildcard in quick search.

i'm new on espo, but when I search I use % in first.

Wow I must have missed this in Update logs. Or perhaps it didnt warrant to have one.
