    Call centers agents can see my sales agents

    Hello,

    As a summary, my workflow goes from call center agents to create a meeting custom entity and then sales agents to work with those meetings, but my issue in this workflow is that when my call center agents (in a different company) work through the leads and they create meetings, my sales agents then start working through the meetings but they see whoever created the meeting and all the changes and everything that's audited in the stream, how do I hide the names of the call center agents if they're not in my sales team, and vice versa but keeping the audits, Preferably just replace the user name with '--'

    You have to play with Roles and Team setting. Honestly I'm still very new to using Roles and Team so I can't help. Good luck
