Lead Status wise Count in another Module

I do have module named "Lead Analysis". I have created a record for each users and i do have fields named "Count of Fresh", "Count of Converted".

I need to fetch the Lead status wise count in these fields. I do have a "One to Many" Relationship with Leads module.

I have tried entity\countrelated formula but it wasn't fetching.

How can i achieve this?
