Lead - Overview Tab - Field Restrictions

Dear Team,

How to assign permission or disable access to the Lead Overview tab.

If i enable the access ( edit) to the assignee (sales role) , the sales agent should not be able to change the name / email / phone.

The Sales agent should be able to change only the status,source,opportunity amount etc. (attached the present pic)

How to address such things in Espo ?

I have tried in administration, but nothing is working out, is there a way ?
