Error 500 when updating quotes and creating invoices

Hi, I am trying to update my quotes (add items to them after they have been saved) and I am getting an error 500 bad request notice.
I am also receiving the same error message when I try to create an invoice (when clicking to try to save it from the create screen).
    Please advise

    Hi sarahr,

Please provide your instance error logs in debug mode:
    https://docs.espocrm.com/administrat...ng/#debug-mode,
    https://docs.espocrm.com/administrat...ng/#check-logs.

I'm sorry, I have no idea how to access instance error logs. Are you able to provide guidance please?

        sarahr,
        1. Go to your EspoCRM instance directory on your server (e.g., public_html or espocrm).
        2. Open /data folder, then open /logs folder.
        3. Send log files from /logs folder.

This is a SaaS instance, I'm not sure where the instance directory would be

            Hi lazovic
I realised that I did a typo at the top and it is actually an Error 400 message I'm receiving. This is still happening and I don't know how to resolve it. Please could you offer some advice? Thanks

Please check this information with your hosting provider where EspoCRM is hosted. Otherwise, we will not be able to understand the problem.
