    Archive Email Option is Creating a New Email Instead

    Hi and Good Day to Everyone,

    In the Emails module, there is an option to Archive Email. However when I am clicking it, it is creating a new email instead of Archiving the selected emails. Has anyone encountered the same issue?

    it is not an issue. this menu is not actions for selected records.

        The menu contains different actions and links. The Archive Email action creates an email manually.

          Maybe we'd better to change the 'Archive Email' label to 'Import Manually' to prevent confusion. IIRC we borrowed the label from other CRMs.
