  • Inconsistency in User Role Access Settings.

I am currently working on setting up a fresh EspoCRM instance.

I created a Team called Sales and then create a User Role called Agent.

After testing the features, I changed the Agent Access permissions, allowing/disallowing access rules and changing them after testing the interface interaction.

However, I noticed the agent user has extra permission even though the settings I chose for these roles are very limited.

    They are completely different.

Also, I'm not sure if this is related, but in the team, I have two positions, supervisor and agent - however I believe these are positions and not mapped to any user role.

When I check the Agent User's Access Settings they seem to have a set of completely different permissions which I don't believe I have setup anywhere (or maybe I think these the same settings that I had first saved when I created the Role) - I did rebuild and also cleared cache.

Attaching screenshot for User Access View and the actual Role Permissions.

Just to update. I resolved this. It was the team roles access issue. Kinda dumb on my part. Overlooked.
