Hey guys iam completly new to the EspoCrm we try to it up for our projects.
In that process we found a problem we wasnt able to solve so far.
We use the SalesPack as well.
In germany we have the problem there are different products with different Taxes. So far i got the Sales Order module u can set 1 specific Tax for the sales order but we need induviduall taxes for each product.
Example:
Towel has 7% tax
Socks has 19% tax
right now my agents need to do it manuelly but we have 1500 different products i cant expect them to remember all...
Is there a way to have each product his own Tax?
I have created a relationship between product and taxes, then i was able to choose a tax for each product. But in the Sales order it wont calculate with that.
