  • Help Needed to Get Backup Working on New Server (Apache/Ubuntu/Plesk)

    Hello everyone,

I've recently backed up my site hosted on an Apache server running Ubuntu with Plesk and have encountered some issues when trying to restore it on a new server. I've successfully backed up both the database and the file structure of the site, and have uploaded them to the new server via FTP.

Now, I can reach the login screen, but I'm unable to log in. It seems like everything should be in place, so I'm puzzled about what might be going wrong.

Here are the steps I've followed:
    1. Performed a backup of the database and the website's file structure.
    2. Uploaded the backups to the new server using FTP.
    3. Restored the database on the new server.

Despite these steps, I can't seem to log in through the login screen. The screen loads properly, but my credentials don't seem to work. I'm wondering if there might be a configuration step I've missed or if there's an issue with the way the backups were restored.

Does anyone have any insights on what might be going wrong or what I should check to resolve this issue? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

    Thank you in advance!
    Best Regards.
