Is there a way to send out mass emails without using campaigns?

I am looking for a way to be able to send out mass emails without using a campaign. I've found that making a target list and then a campaign and then adding a mass email to the campaign to be a more complicated process for sending out mass emails than I'd like. I have custom entites 'Students' and 'Programs' with a many-to-many relationship between them. I want to be able to filter for students that belong so a specific program and send out group emails to those students (I can already filter by program but can't easily send them group emails). Is there an easy way I can do this without using campaigns??

Hi cpsteam5,

You can send Mass Emails without using a Campaign. Also, filling out the Campaign field is not a prerequisite for successfully sending Mass Emails.

For the convenience of filtering Students with a specific Program related to them and automatically relating them into the Target List, you can use Reports and Sync with Reports features: https://www.espocrm.com/features/syn...s-with-reports.
