How to export and import teams

Hi,

I am in the process of re-engineering our CRM instance. In the process, i have to export data from the old instance and import into the new instance. For most entities i managed to get this defined. I managed to export and import Users and Roles using the normal export function except Teams which does not provide the same option.

Please advise how the Teams can be export/Import Teams with ID key intact? I could not use the export/import extension as my old instance is on Version 7.2.

I guess by database table

shalmaxb , thank you for the feedback. I tried that and it worked. Your guess is right as I see Teams has only 2 tables which is good and not complicated or linked to others.
