Hide createdBy and modifiedBy for certain role

Hi, I try to hide the display of the system fields createdBy and modifiedBy for certain users by setting the condition in the field. But the values always reappear and only after browser refresh will be not displayed.
I then tried to configure displaying by role/field level. When I hide createdBy or modifiedBy the cratedAt and modifiedAt ar hiden as well.
Is there another way to hide these fields?

Can you please show the conditions settings for your createdBy and modifiedBy fields?

For example, with these conditions everything is displayed as needed:

Meanwhile I solved it by role. Users with a certain role will not see, who created or modified a record. I did that in role->field level. Thank you.
