Run Scheduled Workflows is showing Failed

"Auth Token Control" is running every 6 minutes and "Success". But "Run Schedule Workflow" is showing "Failed".
I have attached a Screen shot for reference. Can i anyone help me to resolve this issue?

Check the log. Also try the latest Advanced Pack. It may log more.
