Hi all,
I am a single user of EspoCRM to track activities and communications with clients I support.
I use the Archive email function to track email communication with Contacts.
I would like to see both the From and To fields in the Email List, so modified the Layout for Email Lists to have these.
I first added the To field, but it does not display a value.
I realize that the Person String Data column essentially covers the From information, and that shows as expected.
However, when I add the From field, as the email content itself shows the sender field with the "From" label, it shows no data in the list, just as the To field does not.
I realize that Archiving emails is different from "sending emails with EspoCRM", and that may have something to do with this.
However, is there a way for Archived emails to show the From and To columns so I can easily see which contact is involved with an Archived email?
