Folks, I just missed an appointment. It's time to ask for help. 
If I enter an appointment in my calendar, which is just the plain Espo calendar, I said notifications like 30 minutes before the appointment or 10 minutes or whatever. When the time has come, there is a little pop-up, which is visible, while I am looking at the user interface.
Is there a way to trigger a much more aggressive kind of notification? Something that really interrupts me while I hyperfocus on something completely different?
Something like a pop-up that opens up in your window, plays a nice sound or song, triggers an OS notification (like the Mac OS Notification Center or the Windows "Action Center")?
