I'd recommend setting up a separate sub-domain for the portal, it will prevent such issues. You can also use incognito tab to log in to the same Espo under the same domain name under different user simultaneously.

We store user data in the browser and it's stored per a domain name. Hence you cannot open two Espo instances located in the same domain in the same browser.

    Hi,

Do you have non-portal EspoCRM opened in another tab in the same browser?

    Unable to Access Portal

    Hello All,

I have created a portal. Defined users and roles. When I click the url of the portal the sign in page opens. When I enter the user name and password the portal page opens momentarily but it bounces back the the sign in page of the portal.

If anybody can help me it will be highly appreciated.

    Thanks a lot.

    Cheers,

    Neşet
Working...
