Recalculate formulas of all linked contacts?

Hey guys, what would be the option to recalculate formulas on all contacts linked to an account if certain field of the account was updated?

I think it's the case for the Workflow tool. When an Account is saved and the field is changed, update related Contacts by running a specific formula.
