  • Email PDF button - optional or via extension

    Hello everyone,
I saw a button in the demo that I would also like to have.
It is the "Email PDF" button

Was it created as an option or is it part of an extension?

Unfortunately, I didn't find anything about this button here and in the docs I only found formulas to send PDFs by email.

ok, I have now found this almost 4 year old thread.
Hi, It will be a great feature to make this "Email PDF" button work in other entities such as Contact, Account, Opportunity etc...... Thanks.

According to this, he probably belongs to the "Sales Pack"

Could this also be created in other entities?
I know it has already been asked in the other thread, but maybe something has changed by now.

I think, this is default now. But - as always - you need to have any PDF-template for the entity E-mail, before the menu item appears.

        Unfortunately not quite.
Because the menu item "Print as PDF" only appears when you have a template.
I have this menu item because I have created a PDF template for the entity.
Only the other one would be very interesting for me, where the PDF is attached directly to the mail.

I have the same problem, the button doesn't appear.

There's no such a feature in EspoCRM.
