Hi, EspoCRM does not have such an ability out of the box. For developers, it would be easy task to achieve. By creating a custom "isArchived" boolean field that is available only for admin users (metadata > app > acl), defining mandatory access filter (metadata > {EntityType} > selectDefs) and defining a custom accessChecker (metadata > {EntityDefs} > aclDefs}.
