Reset invoice number

hello i want to be sure about reset invoice number
in prefix i use
Fj-24/
in next number i have 1275
next invoice will be Fj-24/1275
iif i do some test increment continu
when i want to open my crm in production can i put 0 in next number to reset it without any problem ?
