Searching for a way to achieve an idea

The source of the field content of our records have three origins (it is normally only for a few fields, not for the whole record):

1. research by our company
2. provided by external companies
3. provided by users

I established one multi-enum where the editor may choose one, two or all of these origins.

Is there any way possible to mark the fields in a way, that the user can see, which origin(s) the field value has?

Maybe to make appear a small icon near to the field for each origin type? And how to achieve this?

I'd just create a separate enum field for each field. And use 4-item-per-line layout.

I thought of that also, but I would need that for each and every field, because any field could have one ore more of these origins.
