Add fee to invoice totals

Hi Russ,

The layout of total value fields (in the bottom on detail view) can be modified at Administration > Layout Manager > Invoices > Bottom Total.

Don't forget to create a formula script for the Invoice entity that will recalculate the Amount and Grand Total Amount fields (if necessary).
