Can't fetch emails outside mail server

Just set up an IMAP account on our mail server and EspoCRM. Espo fetches any internal emails (emails that originate from our server), but not emails outside of the server (gmail, yahoo, etc.). We've confirmed that all emails are making it into the IMAP server because we can access them in Outlook/Webmail/etc. Scheduled cron job reports all say 'success'.

Installed on Centos5/cPanel with a Dovecot IMAP Server.

Any ideas?

Maybe your server blocks something. Not sure.
