SMS entity by default visable

Is it possible to make entity SMS visible by default. If i know there is already such entity in espo I would not create my own. Espo created new table S_M_S. I belive this Entity can be handy for a lot of user. SMS marketing has almost 5 time higher response rate then mail has. This is very helpful in Lead Generation
