Apply filters on field change

This is something that I see users struggle with all the time,

Add a text filter, type something, hit return. Filter isn't applied.

Add a linkMultiple filter, choose one or more entities. Filter isn't applied.

As soon as these input fields have changed the filter should apply, it's not that much of a strain on the server and would make the application feel fast to use.

Maybe. We tried this before but didn't like the feel.
