Workflow comparison

it would be great to have this function in workflow
(no after save or creation activation but if comparison match)

Example;
I have two entities

In one
Field "Item searched"

In other
Field "Items"

In workflow, set if content of field Item searched of 1st entity == content of field items of 2nd entity => action
Etc, for dates, enum, multienum...

It's bit complicated logic. It's better to write Hooks for such things.
