Email leads/clients

It would be great if we could email the lead/client information to an email to share this information out as we have mobile team.

What if you want to manually send it out to a specific user/email address?

You can use email template with lead fields inserted.

I did try that but it did not populate all the fields in the email.

I've created an email template with all the lead's fields inserted in the body. I've used a workflow to send this email out without problem, the fields are all populated.
I've tried what you suggested to manually send the lead out by going into email, create a new email. Select the same template, choose the parent of the email to the lead. The email went out however it basically sent the template as it is not with the lead's details.

You need to have parent selected before template selected.
