I've created an email template with all the lead's fields inserted in the body. I've used a workflow to send this email out without problem, the fields are all populated.
I've tried what you suggested to manually send the lead out by going into email, create a new email. Select the same template, choose the parent of the email to the lead. The email went out however it basically sent the template as it is not with the lead's details.Comment
