For weeks I'm managing all mail from work, with EspoCRM. It's great to associate each mail account, opportunity, case, etc.
Needless is to have a button bar with the basic options such as: Reply, Forward, delete, report as spam, next mail, previous mail, etc. I know some of these functions exist but are within submenus and really uncomfortable when it comes to process many emails. It would be very useful to have a button bar.
Each user can also configure what action should be taken after deleting a post. For example if it gets to the inbox or go to the following email.
