add ALT attribute for images in message body

We figured out that mails from CRM are going to spam and one of reasons is: " images without alt attribute in your message body"
and suggestion to solve it:
If you don't want to add an alt attribute, add an empty one: alt=""

So is it possible to add alt="" automatically to all images link in emails?
