pre-fill assigned user on record creation could have "specific entity type selection"

We don't need "pre-lill assigned user" to all entities, but we would like to have selection option for some particular ones.
It would be nice to have such feature that "Do not pre-fill assigned user on record creation" could work as "Auto-follow created records of specific entity types" extension, where I could select entities in which I would like to have "pre-fill assigned user on record creation".
