    Create Case by Email Filter at Group Email Accounts

    Hello, time to time I come to the topic and idea how nice it would be to have at least some ​logic of Case creation at Group Email Accounts

    For Example I could create an mail alias web@domain.com and system based on "to:" could create a case for specific team or person. Next alias crm@domain.com would create cases to me related to CRM development and of course regular support@domain.com would continue create general cases to support team. I this case Support engineer would has less workload to parse not relevant for him cases of mine or web developers. In another scenario I could send cace creation notifications in different language based on support@domain.de or support@domain.ua. and so on... there are plenty of tuneups how to make life easier for out people.

    I'm not asking a lot, just let some dynamic sequences for actions there is already implemented now. We already have some "Email Filter​" rules, so based on that it would be nice to create a different actions set from that we has now at "Create Case".

    Resume "Email Filter​"​ + "Create Case" actions set based on the outcome.​ I hope you got my idea of integrating two existing functionalities.

    Workflows and BPM tools are intended for such use cases

    Having multiple group email accounts is also a viable solution.
