Email view - remove backdrop and hold modal open

It is difficult to create a new contact or similar from an email when:
1. the modal's backdrop makes it difficult to read the content of the email.
2. cannot use copy & paste.

It is also not enough to remove the backdrop via CSS, as clicking outside the modal closes the modal.

This can't be implemented (for many reasons). You can minimize the email modal (minus icon).

The icon is only available for "Answer". When creating tasks, contacts, cases, ... it is not available.
