the problem is that sometimes we have more cases and each one has the same title; is it possible to add a sender's email field in the cases view?

You get email address from the parent with formula. Unlikely, that we will add the email field to cases.If you find EspoCRM good, we would greatly appreciate if you could give the project a star on GitHub. We believe our work truly deserves more recognition. Thanks.
