Metadata boolean switch for strict field validation

It would be nice to have a boolean option to trigger strict field validation ("true" being default), in the entityDefs script so users can opt out of this feature for specific fields to avoid triggering unwanted Errors 400 with their BPN, Workflow, formula or manual customizations.
